About The Role:

We have found, reasonably that the happiness of our customers is tied up in the return on investment of their digital advertising spend. Customers require someone to listen to their needs, develop a strategy for them and execute on that strategy. The new Account Executive for PDG will love seeing a digital advertising plan come together from a thought, to money in the bank for our customers. The new Account Executive will have a relentless focus on doing everything in their power to meet the needs of the customer, some of the disciplines we will employ are:


  1. Strategy Support
  2. Facebook Adverts
  3. Email Advertising Campaigns
  4. Google Adwords
  5. YouTube Adverts
  6. New Technology Research
  7. Reporting on Campaigns


We are looking for a highly motivated Accounts Executive to look after and ensure the happiness of our customers. The role of the accounts executive is to be a liaison between clients and take a hands on approach to executing the digital advertising needs of our customers.  You will be able to build relationships with customers and deliver top quality marketing campaigns for them.


Our business is global so you will have the opportunity to work with some incredible brands dotted all across the world, in a number of industries.


Key Responsibilities:

– Managing the relationship with the client.

– Forming campaign objectives.

– Working with the relevant creative or technology department to develop campaigns.

– Getting involved and creating or putting the finishing touches to campaigns yourself.

– Ensuring client happiness.

– Ensuring creative happiness.

– Notifying executive team of any issues.

– Entertainment for customers.

– Weekly Reporting on Client Status.

– P&L Responsibility.


Essential Skills:

-Fluent English

-Multiple Account Management Experience.

-An understanding of how to calculate return on investment.

-Targeted Website Traffic Generation Experience.

-Presentation Experience

-A love for digital advertising.

-Facebook Advert Manager Experience

-An eye for design and user experience

-Ability to prioritise workload and work on multiple projects

-Task orientated

-Friendly Personality

-Experience working on projects at various stages

-Strong problem solving and analytical skills

-Good team player with good communication skills

-Excellent organisational and time keeping skills

-Skype access and the ability to speak on voice calls


Desirable Skills:

-Google Docs Experience, Powerpoint or Apple Keynote is acceptable.

-Microsoft User

-Strong Personal Social Media Profiles



Negotiable Depending on Experience 



After Probation:

Paid access to at least one digital advertising event per year.

25 Days Annual Leave + Northern Ireland Statutory Days
